Over the years, we've been lucky enough to work with extraordinary people. If we elect to work together, you’ll be permitted access to my immediate network, including our internal team (co-founder of Rabil Events, Mick Davis, Rabil CTO, Neil Savage, and company Chief of Staff, Andrew Manning), our esteemed advisors, Octagon Sports and Entertainment Agency, our legal and PR team.
Our broader company mission is to move the sport forward in a direction that is aboveboard and socially impactful. We achieve this in three ways: (1) creating great lacrosse experience by the best players in the world, (2) reducing barriers to entry, specifically socio-economic and skill gaps, and (3) producing amazing content to tell the world our story and that of the people who've dedicated themselves to the game.
We’re proud of our team, the relationships, and direction of the company. We’re a lean but powerful group, and we only add a full-time person once a year or so, which makes it a pretty big deal when we do.
